Franklin Court Museum

Details: JBC Associates prepared monthly construction schedule updates for the Contractor of this $9.54 million renovation of a former underground museum honoring the legacy of Benjamin Franklin and constructed for the City’s bicentennial. Located within the Independence National Historical Park district, the totally renovated world-class museum includes state of the art exhibit space with interactive display stations and administrative offices for the museum. JBC also prepared a Time Impact Analysis and assisted the contractor to resolve their claim for an extension of time during Mediation with the National Park Service.
