George Washington High School Renovation

Location: Philadelphia, PA | Owner: School District of Philadelphia | Cost: $12.2 million | Completion: 2006

“School of the Future” High School

Details: This project consists of renovations to an existing 437,942 SF high school for 1600 students. Improvements consist of renovations to the science lab facilities and existing library, modifications for ADA compliance in toilet rooms and building accessibility, new roof, new bleachers, window replacement, painting, new HVAC and fire alarm systems, and site work.

JBC provided full time On-Site Owner Representation during construction of this project which was part of the overall $1.5 Billion Capital Improvement Program for the School District of Philadelphia.
