JBC Associates is pleased to announce that Brian A. Moore, PE, has joined the firm as Project Manager for our Construction Management agreement for the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s Cashless Tolling Facilities project. Brian brings 23 years of construction management experience with emphasis on highway and bridge construction projects in Pennsylvania.
“We are excited to have Brian on board as we assist the Commission in managing its conversion of the Turnpike system to 100% cashless tolling,” said Janet Cunningham, PE, firm President.
Mr. Moore has been a key member of numerous major highway construction projects where he has helped to advance the successful implementation of new construction materials, technologies and construction methods. As a skilled Project Manager he has demonstrated his ability to assemble teams, expedite complex projects and meet client goals.
Brian is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology. He continues to serve the University, most recently as President of PSU Harrisburg’s Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology Advisory Board. He has instructed PennDOT training courses, guest lectured for Construction Management courses at Penn State Harrisburg and delivered project presentations to various industry organizations such as ASHE, APC, PSPE, ASCE, and PennDOT and PA Turnpike workshops. Brian is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
