Brian brings 30 years of extensive practical experience in construction management and inspection of roadway and bridge construction projects. Brian’s career is marked by his pivotal role in several major highway construction projects throughout Pennsylvania, particularly in PennDOT Engineering District 8-0 and for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. His deep understanding of transportation industry specifications, systems, and policies, combined with his ability to implement innovative CM procedures and technologies, has contributed significantly to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
Currently, Brian manages Transportation Construction Management/ Construction Inspection agreements. He has become an integral part of JBC’s construction management team. Since 1993, JBC has been providing construction management and inspection services on transportation projects throughout central Pennsylvania. Most recently, JBC has been supporting PennDOT District 8-0 providing CM support in York, Adams, and Franklin Counties. We have also been supporting the District with CM and CI services for bridge and roadway improvement projects in Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Lebanon, and Lancaster Counties.
For the past 32 years, JBC has been providing professional Construction Management and Construction Inspection (CM/CI) services to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC), and county and local municipalities on over $3.9 billion of roadway and bridge construction and improvement projects throughout the Commonwealth.
