We are pleased to announce that Meghan Izad has joined JBC Associates as a Project Manager under our Project Management/Construction Management On-Call Agreement at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE). Meghan is an Architect and Civil Engineer, with 18 years of experience in design and construction working for both the owner and contractor.
Prior to joining JBC, she was a construction project manager for a contractor on various projects at Thomas Jefferson University and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. As an owner’s rep, she worked closely with hospital and university management teams to plan, budget, and execute educational and healthcare facility programs to expand, renovate and build new facilities.
In her role as Project Manager, Meghan will support The Capital Development Program at the Department of Aviation (DOA) during the design and construction of planned major terminal improvements at PHL and PNE.
