Details: JBC Associates developed the baseline schedule for the Contractor of the interior fit-out of Capital Health System’s new 328,000 SF Medical Office Building (MOB), constructed in conjunction with their new hospital in Hopewell. JBC was responsible for coordination with the contractor and providing monthly updates to the construction schedule during the MOB fit-out which included physician offices, specialized areas for the Oncology Department’s LINAC and CyberKnife equipment and an outpatient surgical center. Awarded LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council — Capital Health System has the only LEED-accredited hospital in the state.
