The project brings together major teaching, clinical and research spaces promoting collaboration amongst students, faculty and staff.
The project was implemented in two phases. Phase I construction included new construction of lecture halls, demonstration areas and common space to support increased growth of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program. Phase II construction included the renovation and repurposing of existing facilities

JBC prepared a fully developed initial Master Schedule in 2014 for this project to assist the University and Construction Management team with the overall project phasing and bidding. During construction, JBC reviewed the contractor’s baseline schedule and monthly schedule updates.
