Details: The new $145 million student residence hall project is Rowan University’s first ever public-private partnership (P3) to develop on-campus student housing with a private developer. The 1415 bed dormitory complex totaling 310,000 SF consists of 4-story and 7-story buildings interconnected via study bridges above the ground floor. The buildings include a 550-seat dining hall, grab-n-go café, study areas, game rooms and laundry. JBC worked closely with the Construction Manager providing CPM scheduling services during the fast track 14-month construction.
