Details: Beginning as an industrial facility for printing operations, the structure was transformed into an impressive office building/ administrative headquarters with naturally lit interiors from the three story atrium carved out of the building’s interior and punched openings in the perimeter walls. The renovation and fit-out of 400,000 SF of office space allows for consolidation of the School District of Philadelphia’s 1500-person administrative staff. Representing the School District, JBC provided agency construction management services during construction.
